Put your dishes away 1 at a time. I heard this tip yesterday and love the idea. If you have an extra 5-10 minutes, instead of stacking all your dishes from the dishwasher or drying rack, put them away 1 at a time. You’ll get a few extra steps, perform some bending and stooping, and get a little extra activity for the day. A little bit every day equals a lot in the long run.
