If you’re on a diet and you slip up, it’s okay. It’s not an excuse to binge and go full tilt. Pick up where you left off and keep going. If you’re supposed to be training 3 days a week and you miss 1, it’s okay. It’s not an excuse to scrap the plan and miss the next week. Pick up where you left off and keep going.
