Make it tougher or easier.

If you want to eat less candy, make it harder to get to.

If you want to eat more vegetables and fruit, put them in plain view, washed, chopped, and ready to go.

If you want to start exercising, find a gym near your home or en route to or from work.

Increase or decrease friction.
