    Our mission is to show you what you can do, and what your body is capable of. This 4-week class is designed for anyone- both brand new and experienced- and gets them stronger. We focus primarily on strength training, and we’ll guide you in the process of reaching your goals.

    Strength is one of the most important physical qualities as you age. Balance, flexibility, conditioning, all are greatly improved by establishing a foundation of strength. Our classes use a handful of movements to strengthen the body in a functional way.

    Participants have noticed a change in the ease of completing everyday tasks, such as gardening, carrying groceries or heavy objects, playing with children and grandchildren, and living an independent life. Besides getting stronger, we will also teach you the process so that you know what exercises to do and how to do them.
