“Work expands so as to fill the time available for its completion.”
Don’t “find” time to train. Make time. Even if it’s 30 minutes. Go buy a kitchen timer. It’ll be the best 5 dollars you ever spend on training. Now go to the gym(or stay at home) and start a countdown for 30 minutes. Try and do 2 things in the gym- maybe a squat and a press, or a deadlift and a bench press. Two exercises are very realistic for most in 30 minutes.
The catch? When the timer hits 30 minutes, you’re done. My guess is you’ll be more focused and efficient in the gym. You might be a little more tired since you’re resting less, but that’s okay. It’s not perfect, but it’s better than nothing.
Almost everyone can find thirty minutes twice per week to train.
