It doesn’t exist. You can (and should) try to improve your technique. Explore new ways of moving that feel stronger. If you’re experiencing pain, sometimes small tweaks in form can alleviate some pain (though probably not because your technique was “wrong” before).
You don’t need “perfect” technique to lift weights. Most of the time things will not be perfect, and your body will be just fine. Humans are incredible at adapting to stuff, and your barbell training is no different.
So, the next time your back rounds a little on a deadlift, or your knees cave in on a squat- don’t worry. Your body can probably handle it.
