You don’t usually appreciate your strength until you lose it. And the loss doesn’t happen all at once. It’s usually a gradual decline, sometimes so slow that you change your habits and routines to accommodate your loss of function. You accept what you cannot do anymore without really asking if it’s possible to change. Get strong now. Stay strong as you age. It’s never too late to start, but life will be much easier physically if you keep your strength into your later years.
