One of the main takeaways from Goldilocks is the idea of finding something that is “just right”, neither too hot nor too cold. I asked one of my clients this morning what she liked about our workouts thus far, and she expressed a similar sentiment.
“Yoga would feel at times either too easy or way too hard.” Ditto for body pump. Ditto for many other options out there that use large groups with minimal scaling.
