What would you do if you were stronger? What would you do if you weren’t in pain? Losing strength isn’t an all at once phenomenon. It creeps up slowly over time. You begin to adjust your daily activities and habits to account for this gradual loss. You might accept that this is part of the process of aging. But how might your life be different if you were stronger? Sure, it’ll take some time and energy (and maybe even cost a few dollars to learn where to begin), but you have the ability to act. So take action.
